Arini saya nk share resipi semudah abc yg cepat dan lazat(perasan sekejap)
Ayam Bakar Blackpepper
2 keping ayam (saya gunakan kepak & paha)
1/2 labu bawang putih
1 sb lada hitam
1 sb sos cili
1 sb sos tiram
Caranya :
1. gorengkan bwg putih dan ld hitam hingga b. putih sikit kekuningan. tumbukkan kedua bahan hingga lumat.
2. gaulkan ayam + bhn 1 + sos cili + sos tiram hingga sebati dan perapkan min 30mt (lg lm, lg sedap)
3. bakar ayam lebih kurang dalam 20-30mt (saya just bakar atas kuali. ayam tu saya balut dgn aluminium foil dan tutup dgn tutup periuk je). Kalau ada oven lg bagus..
Acar Mentah
timun
lobak
lada merah
bawang besar
lime
garam
gula
Caranya :
1. potong timun (buang empulurnye. kalau sy, sambil potong sy makan, sedap), lobak dan lada merah memanjang
2. potong nipis bawang
3. gaulkan semua bahan
4. perasakan dengan garam, gula dan perahan limau (ikut selera masing2)
Siap untuk dihidangkan...
* Sedap jugak dimakan dengan nasi arab. Nanti saya akan kongsikan cara masak nasi arab yang mudah dan cepat..

Org jawa kata "live is too short'.. So, apa yg kita buat...just enjoy.
Mayb ada certain people akan ckp, byk mslh mcm mana nk enjoy... Yup, itu betul..
Tapi kita x boleh terus2 begitukan...perlu cari alternative, even it just can reduce a bit but its ok. at least ada usaha di situ..
Mayb d enjoyness will b around us in each time in one fine day..insyaallah, i will get it.
